Refund policy
We strive for excellence and perfection for each and every order. While we do not provide any refunds and or exchanges on any of our products only in the most exceptional case we may make an exception. Such circumstances include where the item is delivered broken. We will allow and or provide for an exchange and or return. We have a 3 day return and or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to within 3 days of receipt of product send a picture of the damaged item to contact@annutra.com. Â
To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@annutra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt of item, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
None of our items are returnable, especially custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please note that all Annutra's products purchased on our website are non-exchangeable. We recommend carefully reviewing your selection before completing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
